Attract visitors to Steveston Harbour, encourage exploration of its working waterfront, and educate the public on the area’s rich maritime history and active fishing industry.
Project GoalsFisher’s Walk transforms Steveston Harbour into an engaging, family-focused, and self-guided visitor experience through a cohesive system of wayfinding and interpretive signage. Through strategically placed numbered locations along the waterfront, the installations encourage exploration while revealing the stories, people, and processes behind the working harbour.
